Lusaka based workers of construction companies that are being owed by Government yesterday stormed National Road Fund Agency (NRFA) demanding salaries.
The protesting workers said NRFA had not paid their employers in a while now.
The workers disclosed that they were
demanding payment for over five months’ salary arrears.
Meanwhile, NRFA management held a closed door meeting with the workers’ representatives.
And NRFA has since promised them that their employers would be paid by Thursday.
