1. Copy of Certificate of Registration.
2. Copy of Council Business Levy or payment receipt
3. Copy of NRCs for Directors or Individuals involved in the
operations of the business
4. Passport Size photos for Directors or Individuals involved
in the operations of the business
5. Copy of PACRA form iii/v for a Limited company –
Optional for a Sole Trader.
6. ZRA registration certificate for a Limited company –
Optional for Sole Trader.
7. Board Resolution for a Limited company.
8. Bank account statement for at least the past three months
– Optional for non-account holders.
9. Proof of physical address for the business (Utility bill
showing physical address {Water, Electricity etc.}, tenancy
agreement, title deed or letter from a local authority
[Church, Headman, DC etc.]).
10. Sketch map of the location of the business.
11. A minimum float of K 5000.
Kindly be advised that it is mandatory that you are a Zanaco account holder and must have an established business that has been operational for at least two years.
Cause right now am even thinking to come and withdraw my money. I have submitted all what is needed only to be given a float account and I have deposited money, I tell you its almost three months now I can't be given what all is wanted to start operating. I can't imaging obviously what I could have realised from the money for all these months I have spent waiting for unknown business.

ReplyDeleteI will apply am interested but am not a zanaco a/c holder so pardon me I just have to open the xpress agent I have the business, so don't limit my capabilities it's not in your interest to limit the business that will create employment, please relax your requirements, hence airtel money is doing fine because the requirements are not sophisticated.
