POSITION: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR - DATA ANALYTICS SUPPORT – ZRA 03
Reporting directly to the Director — Corporate Strategy, the job holder will be responsible for effectively designing, developing and supporting of ZRA data platforms that enable the delivery and
construction of processes for the data
management, discovery, data Intelligence,
leveraging big data technologies and provide corporate Level data analytics support to ZRA.
The job holder will also support the ZRA business

MAIN DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Facilitate the design, development and support
on ZRA data platforms that enable the delivery and

warehousing of data from internal and external
data sources;

Reporting directly to the Senior Accountant -
Analytics, the job holder will be responsible for
turning refund data into information for business
decisions.
MAIN DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Analyse tax refunds data
• Interpret data and analyse results using
statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

POSITION: PROCUREMENT EXPEDITOR - ZRA06
Reporting directly to the Procurement Officer, the
jobholder will be responsible for the management
of contracts and purchase orders in order to
ensure timely delivery of goods, services and
works;
DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor Suppliers' progress on contracts and
local purchase orders, facilitate and communicates
on deliveries, and ensure responsible parties have
physically received goods required in accordance
with the terms and conditions of the contracts and/
or purchase orders.
• Manage the purchase orders and contracts, from
the time the supplier receives signed purchase
order or contract until all line items have been
received.
• Obtain the Supplier's planned schedule and
monitor Supplier's actual progress and key
milestones; update and periodically distribute the
work in progress status reports.
• Monitor sub-Supplier progress if required for
milestone payment purposes.
• Confirm the Supplier's ready to ship date when
the Supplier nears order completion, and update
the work in progress report.
• Address unforeseen changes in deliveries and
impacts from both the Supplier and ZRA's
perspectives.
• Obtain a recovery plan from the Supplier for
forecasted late delivery and facilitate a multi-
stakeholder meeting to develop solutions I
resolution.

Reporting directly to the Procurement Controller,
the job holder will be responsible for the day to
day operations of the procurement activities
through timely sourcing of goods, services, works
and consulting services in order to meet
organizational requirements.
MAIN DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Prepare bidding documents for goods, works
and consultant services in accordance with the
approved procurement plan for review by the
Procurement Controller
• Prepare evaluation reports and procurement
committee paper
• Undertake market research to ensure purchases
are sourced from the most competitive source.
• Prepare and drafts contracts for goods, works
and services,
