The Zambia Education School Teams (ZEST) project is in the process of undertaking its baseline. It is a project that will work with teachers in order to
enhance their teaching skills. The major goal of the project is to contribute to improved quality of teaching and learning experiences for children in primary schools in Zambia through the improvement of the classroom practices of primary teachers.
Program will be as follows;
• Data training will be for 4 days (13th to 16th
March, 2018) and 7 days (18th to 24th March,
2018) for data collection (total 12 days). A Daily
rate of K400 in lumpsum will be paid subject to
statutory obligations.
• World Vision Zambia will provide
accommodation during the training and data
collection ONLY.
• The actual data collection will be conducted in
Chisamba, Mumbwa and Shibuyunji.

Qualifications and competences:
Qualifications and competences:
• Diploma/Degree in Education (Key is a Degree in
Primary and secondary Education with teaching
practice experience as added advantage.
• Data collection experience and must be
computer literate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
