Position: Planning and Performance Management Analyst
Contract: Permanent
The successful candidate will be accountable for the
following:
• Provide analysis and insights for pricing
decisions.
• Provide analysis and Supporting Business
Decision and supporting value chain
preparation.
• Providing line management with relevant
financial and qualitative analysis to facilitate
informed decision making.
• Preparation of annual Commercial overheads
and revenue budgets and monthly Latest
Estimates (LE).
• Weekly forecasting of volumes and providing
insights into current sales trends.
• Preparation of the monthly management pack
and commentary for review.
• Analyse all pricing activities including discounts,
allowances, programs, and develop
recommendations to improve profitability.
• Develop meaningful market analytics that foster
strategic thinking regarding sales and margin
growth opportunities.
• Ensuring commercial spending is kept in line
with the budget and identifying cost saving
initiatives.
• Interpreting and communicating financial data
to non-financial managers.
• Preparation and submission of the brand
profitability report.
• Implementing and ensuring adherence to
Minimum Internal Controls (MICS).
The job is particularly suitable for candidates who
meet the following minimum requirements and
possess the following attributes.
• A minimum of a Grade 12 certificate with six
credits including Mathematics and English.
• ACCA/CIMA/ZICA Level 3, Bachelor’s Degree in
Accounting or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years management accounting,
Commercial or Auditing experience in a
manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hard working and results oriented.
Strong analytical skills with great attention to
detail.
• High levels of integrity.
Position: Key Accounts Representative
Contract: Permanent
Reporting to the Sales Manager – Key Accounts,
The
successful candidate will be accountable for the
following:
• Identifying Opportunities and ensuring
appropriate brands and packs are
recommended for specific outlets.
• Pervasive presence of all products (presence in
your face!).
All special needs of key accounts are taken care
of by weekly or more regular calling.
• Developing close rapport with all key accounts
by developing and maintaining personal
relationships to ensure all issues are dealt with
proactively.
• Developing promotional and Adhoc plans and
ensuring that they are executed.
• Ensuring all coolers in all key account outlets
are in immaculate condition and have the
appropriate numbers.
• Implementing annual business plans in
accordance to standards, cost and timing.
• Identifying volume opportunities and
addressing them appropriately.
• Developing new key accounts.
• Accountability for customer service is improved
and maintained.
• Identifying, anticipating and satisfying customer
needs in a viable and sustainable manner.
• Updating weekly stocks for all key customers
and reviewing orders.
• Organising monthly meetings with all respective
store managers.
• Ensuring all merchandisers represent the image
of the business through appearance and
conduct.
The job is particularly suitable for candidates who
possess the following:
• Grade 12 GCSE certificate with a minimum of
five (5) credits;
• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Studies.
• Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of
Marketing (ZIM).
• A Clean Drivers license.
• Computer skills in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint
and Word.
• 2 to 3 years sales and marketing experience in
FMCG industry.
• Ability to work with people to achieve
cooperation and results.
• Excellent work ethics and self-motivated.
