Vice President Inonge Wina says government will create one
million jobs by 2016.
Ms Wina also says government is sparing no effort in
steering the country’s economy
She was speaking in Lusaka Friday during the Zambia
Chamber of Commerce and industries -ZACCI- dinner.
ZNBC reports that Ms Wina urged the Chamber of Commerce and Industries to
provide leadership in fostering private sector’s participation
to propel the country’s economy.
She said government recognizes the role of the business
community in developing the country.
At the same function ZACCI President Geofrey Sakulanda
said his institution looks forward to new prospects in its
operations.
Mr Sakulannda also revealed that ZACCI Friday ushered in
its new board.
