Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Copperbelt Conference Youth Director, Pastor Angel Chipulu has urged all youth leaders to learn to delegate responsibilities as a way of passing over leadership values to others as leadership positions are not permanent.
Speaking during a leadership seminar held in Mkushi during Easter
holidays, Pastor Chipulu said sharpening youths in leadership was imperative
because it helped them to grow spiritually and become potential
church leaders.
He further urged fellow pastors as church leaders to
partner together and ensure that youths are mentored as role models
in society worth emulating.
