Zambia National Commercial Bank better known as Zanaco has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with local universities upon launching 'home grown rockstars graduate recruitment' program.
Through the launched program, the bank looks forward to growing young talent.
The bank CEO Henk Mulder signed the MoU’s on Thursday this week with universities that included CBU, UNZA, Zambia Open University, UNILUS, Mulungushi, Cavendish and ZCAS.
And Minister of Higher Education and Vocational Training Professor Nkandu Luo
was present to witness this significant milestone.
The leading and innovative bank in Zambia that is committed to the development of its people has since called on all recent graduates to apply for the program.
The bank is looking for top graduates for 2018.
“We are looking to develop young talent through our 'Home Grown Rock Stars -Graduate Recruitment'”, states the bank.
The bank states that eligible candidates must have a unique opportunity to gain work experience, skills and knowledge in banking.
Successful graduates will be exposed to learning opportunities which aim to build their competency in the Banking industry and prepare them for future leadership.
The opportunity is open to Graduates in all fields.
Minimum requirements in order to apply:
• Zambian citizen;
• Minimum 5 credits or above at Grade 12 including Mathematics and English;
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Graduated with a Credit or above;
• Graduated within the last two (2) years.
