That moment when you make a business decision and immediately realize it was either really stupid or really smart but only time will tell.
Successful business often involves some tough decision making. The easier route is to procrastinate and go with the flow. But failure to decide can cost you dearly.
Here are 4 not-so-easy decisions you have to make in business:
1. When to fire a friend or relative who isn't performing. Remember the saying, 'its not the one you hire but the one you fail to fire that can ruin your business'.
2. When to cut a business partner loose
When to get rid of toxic customers even though they are paying you. You do know not all customers are worth keeping right?
3. When to raise your prices especially for those in service businesses. This can be hard due to fear of losing customers.
4. When to say yes or say no to a new, exciting project. Starting something new feels good but is often unfair on your
existing projects. But decide you must.
