The first cohort of the Zambia Development Agency 'ReadyToWork programme funded by Barclays bank has completed training.
ReadyToWork is a training programme for graduates from colleges and universities aimed at preparing them for the world of work or to become entrepreneurs.

Barclays Bank Zambia Mnaging Director Mizinga Melu the partnership between the bank and ZDA is aligned to the business philosophy of the Bank’s shared growth,
which is based on the concept of creating shared value thereby resulting in inclusive growth and prosperity.
Ms Melu said this when handing over the cheque to ZDA at a media breakfast held in Lusaka, May this year.
The first cohort only comprised of youths from Lusaka Province.
