Mwale
says this is to ensure that all sports disciplines have money in reserve.
Speaking
in Lusaka, Mwale said only a small percentage of the national budget is
allocated to sports associations and government cannot provide all funds.
He
said rotaries will help provide funds needed for sports activities.
Mwale
explained that the rotaries will be funded by the corporate world or
individuals.
