Pan-African Youth Union an organization which ensures that youths are ably represented has voted Dalito Mbewe as new Pan-Africa Youth Union deputy secretary general for southern Africa.
Mbewe, 26, was yesterday introduced to
Foreign Affairs Minister, Mr. Harry Kalaba by Ms. Francine Muyumba.
Ms. Muyumba who is the Pan-African Youth Union president is in the country to introduce Mr. Mbewe to concerned stakeholders and she also participated in the National Youth Day celebrations.
Ms. Muyumba has meanwhile commended Zambia for ratifying the youth charter which she says will help improve the welfare of young people.
