What does it profit a primary school teacher to celebrate labour day when all we can witness are our friends from
secondary schools as well as other fellow workers from
different departments being awarded?
It leaves much to be
desired for a poor primary school teacher who can not be
appreciated accordingly for shaping up the education of our nation.
Primary schools don't have money to award these hardworking men and women who spent most their time
nurturing someone's child out there. It is because of this
that primary teachers are upgrading to secondary schools
where they can also be recognized for their hardwork.
The multi-million question is 'who will motivate these poor primary teachers because even on teachers day they are not awarded as compared to secondary school teachers'?
If these issues are not worked on, the education system will always be witnessing primary schools upgrading to secondary school teachers as well as poor workmanship because there is nothing to look forward to as motivation for their hard work.
