Patriotic Front (PF) Deputy Secretary General (DSG) Mumbi Phiri has advised her members especially the youth to stay away from the burial of the UPND blogger and activist Clance Nalosah Zulu.
Patriotic Front (PF) Deputy Secretary General (DSG) Mumbi Phiri has advised her members especially the youth to stay away from the burial of the UPND blogger and activist Clance Nalosah Zulu.
In a statement made available to WestMac Media, Ms Phiri pointed that some people may ask why PF members should not attend Clance's burial.
“I know that all of us would to like to mourn our late young sister Clance Nalosa Zulu the UPND member who passed away recently. My advice to all members would be to urge them to stay away. Some people may ask why? Having followed what is being debated from both camps it is advisable that we stay away to avoid trouble,” she stated.
She added that Clance should be buried in a dignified manner.
“Let us make allow Clance Zulu to be put to rest in a dignified manner and to allow her soul to rest in eternal peace,” said Ms Phiri.
Ms Phiri also disclosed that the party will send a delegation to the funeral home to go and express condolences and mourn with the family.
