Justice Deputy Minister Keith Mukata says youths and women should change their mindsets to foster development.
Speaking when he disbursed over 1.1 million Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to a group of youths and women in in Chilanga yesterday, Mr. Mukata alluded that Zambia is a country with an enabling environment for the future generation.
He pointed that youths deserve more better opportunities but should strive to work hard.
Mr. Mukata said he observed that a good number of youths do not have proper life sustaining skills, adding that government is on the ground doing everything possible to address the issue.
He emphasized that it is dangerous for a country to have youths with limited skills and knowledge.
