The body of a female Ndola juvenile who drowned in Kafubu River was retrieved on Saturday.
Cleriant Mwansa Kakomba, 13, a grade six pupil drowned whilst swimming with other friends.
Reports made available to WM Media by relatives and neighbours indicate that the deceased drowned in Kafubu River on Wednesday last week.
Efforts to retrieve the body by both police and fire brigade proved futile on the material day until Commando were engaged.
The Commando unit of Zambia Army found the body along the river and successfully retrieved near Twapia township area.
