Atleast six people have been pronounced dead after being involved in a road
traffic accident that took place along Kabwe - Kapiri Mposhi road.
This is in a case in which a Mazhandu Family bus registration number ALP 5119 overturned at a place called Green Leaf on Monday afternoon leaving six people dead and several others injured.
All the injured victims were rushed to Kapiri Mposhi General Hospital.
Among the dead was a youthful Nenanji Silengo who had her Kitchen party on Saturday last week and was set to tie the knot on Saturday this week.
Preliminary accident investigations conducted by the RTSA have revealed that the driver of the bus Shadeck Kashweka failed to negotiate a curve, due to excess speed.
Ms Silengo was set to wed her longlife partner, Akan Zulu.
