Chief Government Spokesperson Chishimba Kambwili says approval was made at the 8th Cabinet Meeting held on 26th April, 2016.
Mr Kambwili said cabinet noted that it is important that the country starts addressing matters of climate change seriously using a multi-sectoralapproach.
