Good character keeps you, gets you going, fights for you, protects you and gets you well acknowledged and respected
and again keeps your achievements intact whereas a bad character sells you out of the game no matter how you work hard. To this end good character is direct proportional to solid breakthrough. Therefore, ones achievements are safeguarded by developing a good character. It is easy to lose your achievements once you develop a bad character.
The PF government has achieved and implemented a lot of developmental projects across the Country within a short
space than the previous governments but disorganization has been killing the PF government. The PF fail to sell out their
tremendous development achievements effectively due to disunity and mismanagement at party level and also failure to respect and embrace one another. Some members feel more superior than others. The oppressed on the other hand do not have the spirit of tolerance so the end result is disunity. These have been acting like a blanket covering PF successes not to be seen or appreciated in some section of the society. However, if the PF government can get more organized and sell out their
achievements and programes effectively, 2016 will be an easy year for them. Thus, they should learn to respect and embrace
each other. Every member must be treated with dignity. For example Dr. Guy Scott is still a pillar in the PF party as witnessed during the just ended election. Even thought there are a lot more of such people in PF but without unity and spirit
of working together all is done in vain. Even though Dr. Scott may not be given any position, he must be respected by the
party as he is respected by the Zambian people, Africa and the World at large. Any humiliation to Scott will further lead to
disunity in the party. Thus, may make PF to continue losing ground from the grass roots.
The cases of GBM, Miles Sampa, Dr. Scott, Kabimba Wynter, Sylvia Masebo and others is as a result of some people feeling more superior than others and others feeling more oppressed in the party thus badly affecting their public role performance.
In my concluding remarks, I would say that, the PF government get use of Dr. Scott and should not dump him. Secondly the PF government has done a lot in Zambia, talk of roads everywhere, Hospitals, Clinics, Universities, Schools, wage increments for Civil Servants, Minimum wage and many others
to mention but a few which are however not well communicated to the general public. Last but not the least, the PF government should get together as one for effective service delivery to the People of Zambia.
