IDC urge Superior Milling to become most efficient miller | WestMac Media

Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) Group Chief Executive Officer Mr Mateyo C Kaluba, has challenged management at Superior Milling to change their business model and review processes to be the most efficient miller. 

He said strategic decisions must be made such as diversification so that the miller can keep its market share. 

Mr Kaluba said this when he and part of IDC management toured Superior Milling in Lusaka on Tuesday.
