DEPUTY Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry, Miles Sampa has encouraged school going children, youths and all those that have lost their national registration cards to get new ones.
Mr Sampa who is also Matero constituency Member of Parliament at the launch of the Stand-Up and Be Counted National Registration Card Sensitization Programme sympathized with the poor number of youths without NRCs in his constituency adding that it is difficult to assist such youths with employment.
He said an NRC is the first vital document one should have before acquiring any other document.
Mr Sampa explained that the Stand-Up and Be Counted is an NGO which is an initiate of his constituency which has been created to sensitize the people on the importance of acquiring NRCs. Photo Credit: Fortress Media Zambia
