Ex-Chelsea ace Michael Essien has taken to his Twitter account, to refute reports that he has contracted the deadly Ebola virus.
The deadly disease has already claimed thousands of lives in Africa and has spread to the US as well as mainland Europe.
He tweeted: “No truth in internet rumours that I have contracted Ebola. I'm very well & I’m doing very good and will be training as usual tomorrow.”
