Have you ever thought that being an Ambassador or High Commissioner would be an interesting job? Are you a girl aged between 12 and 18 years, who would be interested in observing on the role for a day? 

The British High Commission team, to celebrate the International Day of the Girl child on 11 October, is delighted to launch “Be the HC for a day” competition. 

To enter all you have to do is e-mail: LusakaGeneralEnquiries@fco.gov.uk telling us , in less than 200 words: 

1. If you were the British High Commissioner, what would you do to improve the relationship between the UK and Zambia further? 

2. What would be the best quality that you would bring to being a High Commissioner? 

The closing date is Friday 28 September 2018. The Commission will inform the successful candidate on or before Wednesday, 3 October 2018.
