The United Nations affirms that entrepreneurs and innovators are the key
to global solutions and social progress. Global Accelerator mobilizes energy and expertise for substantive global change by connecting entrepreneurs and innovators to the UN’s work. What emerges from this
partnership spans a range of project types, audiences, and fields, demonstrating the critical role of the private sector in furthering global development. Global Accelerator’s issues areas include health, education,the environment, and the economy at both the local and global levels. Prioritizing global change for social good is more than the moral thing to
do: it’s the smart and savvy thing to do. Now is the time to engage and
inspire the global community, so let’s get the momentum going!
Eligibility
-In 500-words or less, share the story of your own—or your organization’s
-Use of new and creative strategies to tackle local or global challenges.
