The Zambia Agribusiness Bootcamp, conducted by BongoHive and Agri-
ProFocus Zambia, is sponsored by the World Bank Group and InfoDev,
and run in conjunction with the Zambian Ministry of Commerce, Trade
and Industry (MCTI) under the Zambia Agribusiness & Trade Project -
ZATP.
The Zambia AgriBusiness Bootcamp is a 6-week training/
mentoring program to promote agriBusiness entrepreneurship and
innovation in Zambia.
The programme will have face-to-face speed-dating sessions in Lusaka,
Kitwe and Chipata, and culminate in an all-expenses-paid 5-day Bootcamp for 30 agribusiness SMEs from across the country.
The objective of the Zambia Agribusiness Bootcamp is to enhance the
entrepreneurial eco-system for Zambian agribusiness.
Who can apply?
1. PACRA-registered Zambian-owned Agribusiness SMEs in one or more
of the following value chains:
• Agro-processing
• Supply and Marketing
• E-commerce/Information
• Production
• Transportation
• Other relevant Agribusiness categories
2. Agribusinesses in operation for no less than one (1) year and no more than three (3) years.
