Atleast16
youths in Lusaka comprising of twelve males and four females have been charged
for conduct likely to cause a breach of peace.
The
youths in question were arrested from show ground by Police yesterday at about
23:00 hours whilst partying.
In
a confirmation statement, Police deputy spokesperson Rae Hamoonga says the
victims were not involved in sex acts as it has been alleged.
Mr
Hamoonga further says all the 16 youths have all paid admission of guilty and
have been released.
