The Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts (MYSA) today convened a leadership development workshop for interns and selected members of staff at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre in Lusaka.
The workshop was facilitated by Dr. Dora Siliya, Founder of the Chesterton Leadership Academy, and focused on equipping participants with essential skills for both personal and professional growth.
Key areas covered included personal leadership, conflict de-escalation, professional social media presence, etiquette and cultural awareness, as well as digital leadership and netiquette.
The initiative forms part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to strengthen capacity among young professionals and enhance service delivery through the promotion of strong leadership values and responsible digital engagement.
