A stock feed production company is set to start production in Kasama district of Northern Province.
Global field Farm Limited Company, which is also funded by the Citizen Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) has become the second firm to be manufacturing stock feed after Northern Province Cooperative Marketing Union.
The Company Director, Christopher Sinyangwe, said all the machineries have been installed and are just waiting for
the raw material to commence the production.
Mr. Sinyangwe revealed that the One Million Kwacha project was fully funded by Government through CEEC.
He said Government has shown commitment in ensuring
that people are economically independent especially in rural
areas.
And Kasama District Commissioner, Kelly Kashiwa, who
visited the project is happy that many CEEC beneficiaries are
putting the money to good use.
